Chilled air is circulated throughout the chamber by energy efficient fans to maintain the temperature at 4°C, ±1°C, when measured in liquid at the sensor. Adjustable, fully supported shelves (not the cantilevered type) each hold up to 125 lbs (57 kg) of evenly distributed weight.
